The company operates as a joint venture between the Danish company Nørtoft Nielsen Holding ApS and the Chinese company Qingdao Lien Hengda Enterprise Management Consulting LP, combining long-term European market experience with strong local operational presence in China.
The joint venture is led by Anders Nielsen, representing the Danish ownership, and Jonny Li, representing the Chinese partner.
Anders Nielsen has extensive experience in industrial sourcing, quality assurance and compliance, and is also an owner of a European notified body and third-party inspection company. This background provides in-depth understanding of regulatory requirements, certification processes and quality expectations for infrastructure products supplied to European markets.
Jonny Li has a strong manufacturing background and is the owner of a machinery manufacturing company in China, with hands-on experience in production processes, tooling, capacity planning and cost control. This ensures practical insight into manufacturing realities and close operational follow-up at supplier level.
The partners have worked together for more than 15 years and have been involved in numerous setups related to quality assurance, production, sourcing and supply of road and infrastructure products, including guardrails, noise barriers, steel posts and associated infrastructure components.

Do you handle logistics and shipping?
We coordinate logistics as part of the purchasing process.
This includes packing and loading checks, shipment documentation and coordination with freight forwarders. SafeWay Purchasing does not act as a freight forwarder; however, we assist in obtaining freight quotations and present different shipping options to the customer, allowing them to choose the solution that best fits their project requirements.
